How to Use Accessories for Your HYSapientia Air Fryer Oven

The hot circulating air in the HYSapientia air fryer oven cooks food to a crispy texture. 

If you use a smaller air fryer oven, the cooking time may be a little faster because the food is closer to the heating element.

If you use an oven-style air fryer with different racks, trays, or shelves, keep in mind that the top rack closest to the heating element will cook faster. 

Food can even burn. The lower rack will cook a little slower and less crispy. So if the food is thicker or needs to be cooked through the center, try cooking it on the middle rack or even the lower rack.

 To cook on multiple racks, you may need to rotate the racks from top to bottom to cook evenly.

You can use baking trays and oven racks for multi-layer cooking, but note that multi-layer cooking is designed to allow you to cook more food at once. 

You need to choose foods that have the same cooking conditions, for example you can't cook chicken and eggs together because they have different temperature settings.
