- 6 rashers streaky bacon, or 3 rashers back bacon
Method
- 1. Arrange the bacon on the oven rack, being careful not to overlap any of the layers. The amount of bacon that can be cooked at once will depend on the size of the grill.

2. Change the oven's roasting mode (the pattern on the rotisserie flashes). Set the HYSapientia air fryer oven to 200°C and cook the bacon for 6–10 minutes—6 minutes for just-cooked bacon and 9–10 minutes for bacon that is more crispy. Recipe by HYSA KITCHEN.
