Cream Scones Recipe - HYSA KITCHEN

- 225g self raising flour 
 - 55g softened butter 
- 1 tsp baking powder 
 - 25g caster sugar 
 - 2 eggs (one for dough one for glazing)
- 100ml Milk


1. Add flour to a bowl, add softened butter and rub with fingers until breadcrumbs form. 
 2. Add baking powder, sugar, 1 egg and mix with hands. Add small amounts of milk at a time to form a dough. Transfer to a dusted surface and knead for 2 mins. 
 3. Cut into 6 large or 12 small equal parts. Transfer on to a greased tray and glaze with egg wash.
4. Bake in the HYSapientia air fryer oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
