How to improve the taste of food in the air fryer oven


Use oil on food in the air fryer oven. Meat or if it already contains some fat (dark meat chicken, ground beef, fatty meat, etc.), there is no need to add it again.

Relatively speaking, cooking vegetables is more necessary to use oil, because they have no fat.

Lubricate Air Fryer Ovens

We need some oil to lubricate the pan or grill before cooking. This is done to prevent food from sticking to the pan.

Don't overcrowd the pan

If you want your fried food to crisp up, you want to make sure you don't overcrowd the pan. 

Putting too much food will prevent the food from becoming brittle and browning. To make sure this doesn't happen, cook the food in batches.

Spray mid-cook

Spraying oil in the middle of cooking will make most foods the crispest. 

Wait and spray during cooking unless it's an item that doesn't need spraying, like fatty meat. Foodstuffs should be spray coated. 

Also, spray any dry flour spots that still appeared during the air frying process.

When cooking items that splatter a lot of grease (like bacon), place a piece of absorbent paper or a piece of bread on the bottom of the appliance to absorb the grease.
