HYSapientia Air Fryer Oven Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing the HYSapientia air fryer oven.We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. HYSapientia provides a one-year limited warranty by default for the air fryer oven. This warranty is designed to protect customers from any material and workmanship defects that may occur during normal household use, provided that the product is used for its intended purpose and maintained according to its instructions (e.g. in the expected environment and under normal conditions).

Warranty Coverage

HYSapientia provides a one-year limited warranty for the product from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers any issues due to manufacturing defects, such as material and workmanship defects, that may arise during normal use of the air fryer oven. If your product fails due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, HYSapientia will decide whether to repair or replace the original defective device and/or non-wear parts.

How to Register for Warranty

HYSapientia provides a one-year limited warranty for the product by default. If the original purchaser registers the product through our website's warranty portal, an additional one-year extended warranty will be granted. The extended warranty will have the same benefits as the default warranty. The extended warranty will automatically renew after the default warranty period ends.

What Is Not Covered by This Warranty?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence, including but not limited to:
● Failure to use the product according to the product manual and instructions
● Damage or defects that occur during commercial, rental, or non-intended use of the product
● Modification of the product from its original state
● Accidents, fire, flood, or other natural disasters and force majeure factors
● Normal wear and tear of easily worn parts (such as grilling racks, baking trays, frying baskets, chicken roasters, rotating baskets, gloves, and other accessories) that require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure proper functioning of your equipment, which is not covered by this warranty
● Defects caused by unauthorized repair personnel of HYSapientia. These defects include damage caused during transportation, alteration, or repair of HYSapientia products (or any of its components) by unauthorized repair personnel.
● Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, failure to perform necessary maintenance, or improper handling during transportation.
● Consequential and incidental damages
● Damage or defects that exceed the cost of the product
● Purchase receipts or documents that have been altered or made difficult to identify in any way, including model numbers, serial numbers, or production date codes on the product that have been changed, deleted, or made difficult to identify.

If the product has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by non-HYSapientia authorized personnel, the warranty will be voided.

How to Apply for Warranty Service

If your HYSapientia air fryer oven encounters problems during the warranty period, please follow these steps:
a. Contact HYSapientia customer service to report the issue and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return plan as instructed.
b. Safely pack the product in its original packaging or appropriate alternatives as instructed.
c. Ship the product to the address provided by HYSapientia customer service as instructed.

If we receive your product, our technical team will evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action. If during the warranty period it is determined that there are any material and workmanship defects that occurred during manufacturing, HYSapientia will determine whether to repair or replace the product or its parts. If the product is no longer available, HYSapientia may replace it with a similar or equivalent product.

Warranty Remedies

HYSapientia's liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the product, as determined by us. HYSapientia is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or personal injury.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Any resale or transfer of the product will render this warranty void. This warranty does not include any accessories or attachments that are not part of the original product packaging.

Beware of Unauthorized Dealers or Sellers

This limited warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers. HYSapientia's limited warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers or sellers who have agreed to abide by HYSapientia's quality control. Please note that products purchased from unauthorized websites or dealers may be counterfeit, used, defective, or not designed for use in your country or region. Protect yourself and your product by ensuring that you only purchase from HYSapientia or its authorized dealers.
